Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Pitchline ("we", "us"), the operator of the Pitchline football app. By using Pitchline, and by continuing to use it, you agree to these terms. You must be of legal age in your country, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to make purchases.

The service

Pitchline shows football scores, fixtures, tables, player and team statistics, a free score-prediction game, and optional paid features: Pitchline Pro (a monthly or yearly subscription that removes ads and adds extras), a one-time Remove Ads purchase, and optional tips. Tips are voluntary and do not unlock any features. The prediction game is free, has no entry fee and awards no prizes.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Acceptable use

• Do not use Pitchline unlawfully or to commit fraud or send spam.
• Do not infringe anyone's intellectual property.
• Do not interfere with the service's security, including by introducing malware, probing for weaknesses, or scraping or bulk-downloading data.
• Do not reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the service, or get around technical limits.

Intellectual property

Pitchline owns the Pitchline service, software, design and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for personal purposes within the plan you've chosen. Club names, crests, competition names and player images belong to their respective owners.

Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, renewal, cancellation and refund terms are set out in Paddle's Buyer Terms. Pro renews automatically each month or year until cancelled. If you cancel, you keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for. See our Refund Policy.

Service level and accuracy

We work hard to keep Pitchline accurate and available, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all statistics are complete or correct. Some older figures are labelled as estimates. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss (such as lost profits or data), and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law doesn't allow it.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access for a material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You can stop using Pitchline and delete your account at any time by contacting us; your data is then deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Pitchline operates.
